Answers for families
NugaCraft questions, answered
Clear answers about creating, reviewing, listening to, and paying for personalized stories.
What is a Nuga, and how is it personal?
A Nuga is a personal learning adventure you create in NugaCraft. Today, it takes the form of an illustrated, narrated story. Choose your child’s age and reading level, then add familiar people, pets, interests, and themes. AI uses those details to generate a story that you can review and refine.
What can parents choose and review?
Parents choose the topic, tone, and characters. Story requests and generated scripts are checked against child-safety rules, but AI can make mistakes. Review the story for your child before sharing it. Child Mode hides editing tools during viewing.
Can I review the story before illustrations and narration?
Yes. Choose script review to read and edit the AI-generated text before creating illustrations and narration, or generate the full story first. You can refine the result with touch-ups. Creation time varies with the story and generation steps.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Nuga Passes are one-time purchases, never expire, and can be used for Quick Stories, Full Stories, or extra touch-ups.
Which languages and narration are available?
Create narrated stories in languages including English, Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, French, and more. Choose an available story language in the studio. The website interface is available in English, Arabic, and Japanese.
Do I need to upload a photo of my child?
No. Photos are optional. You can create characters using a name, age, and other details. Add a photo only if you want it to guide the character’s appearance.
